Six days a week I am doing either weightlifting or heavy cardio. I stretch before and after but injury still happens. I refuse to acknowledge my age and I tend to overwork myself. I find that I get that extra relief feeling with the CBD oil. I don’t even notice the taste either. Let’s be honest, protein powder is gross to start with. Adding an oil to it really doesn’t matter that much. I found that only a few drops of the oil does the job too. So it lasts a really long time.
